R. Scott UrbanPresident Patrol Services International Regional Developer International Franchise Solutions Regional Developer
Massage Envy branded therapeutic clinics and SPAs was one of the first premiere brands incorporated into the Urban Enterprises company. From 2005 to 2013 Scott was responsible for maintaining and promoting the integrity of Massage Envy, investigating the qualifications of prospective franchise owners and developing progressive training programs for the franchise owners and the employee teams. Scott's development area had grown to 23 Massage Envy therapeutic clinics and saw a 174% annual growth with over $22.5 million in annual sales and created over 600 new desirable jobs.
As Regional Developer for International Franchise Solutions (IFS), Scott works with business owners looking to start franchising, expand through licensing or existing franchises that are considering expansion into new markets. Through this process, Scott performs many feasibility studies to assure that new brands introduced into the franchise community are desirable systems for long-term success that will sell.
As Regional Developer for Patrol Services International (PSI), Scott is responsible for designing, developing and operating the PSI brand for the Central Ohio markets as well as investigating the qualifications of prospective franchise owners. He works extensively to grow the PSI brand through process improvement, marketing strategies, evaluating and beta testing new services and develops ongoing auditing and training programs.
Prior to establishing Urban Enterprises, Inc, Scott had over 13 years of experience in information technology management at the enterprise level for the national health insurance corporation as well as five years as a Deputy Chief for a non-profit dive rescue and recovery team

Kristy K. ColeChief Operations Officer
Before joining the team in April of 2012 Kristy was VP at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. serving as the Change Management Process Owner and Process and Tools Lead for 10 years. She was responsible for developing and maintaining standards, processes, procedures and training, including continuous improvement cycles serving multiple business entities globally. Additionally, she owned and managed Enterprise Class applications in support of key business functions to ensure ongoing production stability, efficiency and operational compliance. She has been a leader in continuous review and improvement of established business process and procedures for the benefit of the customer; internal and external, as well as owning the relationship with internal and external audit and compliance bodies with regard to IT (SaaS70 and Sox included) Change Management.
Previous experience includes Sr. IT and Brick and Mortar Project Management, Managing Consultant for Windows and Unix implementations for Fortune 100 companies, as well as Hotel and Restaurant Management and Operations.
She has studied at The Ohio State University with a focus on English Literature, Political Science and Anthropology. She holds ITIL v3 Foundation, PMP, Advanced Business Skills and COBIT Certifications.

Patrick SheehanVice President of Security Operations
Patrick has obtained numerous police supervision certifications, law enforcement instructor certifications and has several advanced level law enforcement training certifications. Patrick holds dual law enforcement certifications in the states of Ohio and Kansas. Patrick currently holds a law enforcement commission here in the State of Ohio.
Patrick earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Law Enforcement Technology from Columbus State Community College, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Ohio Dominican College and a Master of Arts degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Rochville University. His philosophy in leading Patrol Services International (PSI) is "Community Commitment to Safety and Service Excellence".

Scott
is a motivated entrepreneur who saw immediate opportunities to
fulfill the demand for growth through innovative franchise
concepts. In October 2005, R. Scott Urban founded Urban
Enterprises, Inc. to develop premiere and master franchise
brands in the Midwestern markets. Scott and his team of
franchise coaches focus on architecting new branding strategies
to assist business owners with their franchising expansions. In
addition to working directly with franchisors, Scott's ultimate
passion is working with individuals who are looking for the
right franchise concept to fulfill dreams of business ownership.
Kristy
brings 20 years of management experience focused on the
improvement of customer and client experience, operational
leadership and efficiency across multiple industries.
Patrick
comes to Patrol Services International (PSI) with over 15
years of formal law enforcement expertise. Patrick's law
enforcement career in both Ohio and Kansas has developed him
into an accomplished police officer, investigator/detective
and supervisor. Patrick has worked in management level law
enforcement throughout his career in both patrol and
investigative roles.
